ABOUT OUR GOODS

Where are the products and ingredients from?

Everything is handmade in small-batches in an AVA licensed central kitchen in Singapore. We want to go back to the basics, to simplify our lives. We believe in always happy hands instead of machines and so all our products will always have a human touch to it. Our ingredients are sourced both locally and from overseas from good sources. 

Are your products gluten free or organic?

We have a few flavours in the premium range that uses Gluten Free rolled oats. 

Oats are gluten free however, our rolled oats are processed in a facility that also processes wheat, barley, and rye. The gluten in these ingredients can cross - contaminate the oats. If you are gluten intolerance, you are advised to refrain from consuming any oats. We do use some organic ingredients but our product is not certified organic.

Does it contain any preservatives, colourings or stabilisers?

Our goods are made with only the natural goodness, it contains zero preservatives, colourings or any added stabilisers, please be aware that due to our humidity, the nuts and oats will soften over time but totally still edible. 

What is the shelf life of your granola?

As we do not use any dairy or eggs – our goods stay solid for a while. Consuming it before 90 days is the ideal. But come on, they are so good that you shouldn’t be able to resist finishing it. Store in a cool, dry or in an air-tight container or refrigerate for longer deliciousness.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

Our subscription model is designed to be hassle free - which means once you signed up the first time, your details will be locked in and you will be automatically billed either every week/ month/ bi-monthly. 

Your order will be made and delivered within 3- 6 days once the order is paid and processed. 

Flavour options

Please indicate your flavour options at 'Note To Seller' at checkout. Subsequent month options will follow the previous unless you notify us within 24 hours upon order completion. 

You can pause, cancel or modify your subscriptions

An email will be sent to you with your subscription log in details. Use this to access the portal to modify, pause or cancel your subscription. If you are going on a holiday and wish to pause the subscription, you can do so by simply changing the date of the next delivery schedule. 

Auto-payment

You will be notified via email a few days before the next transaction to your credit card.

 Are you environmentally friendly?

As much as possible, we try to only use kraft paper bags, re-usable plastic bags and cardboard boxes for transportation. But there might be times when we will need to use some plastic materials so please do reuse or recycle them. 

How long does it take for me to receive my orders?

As our products are always made fresh, we will need an average of 3-6 working days before your order will be ready.

Can I place an order in advance to be be ship later?

Absolutely! Once you’ve placed your order, email to hello@theedibleco.com with your order number and the date you’d like your package to arrive. We’ll email you to confirm that it’s possible.
